3M Hand-Masker Pre-Folded Masking Film Plus is a fast, easy, cost-effective way to cover and protect surfaces. It is specially formulated to resist paint flaking during multiple coat applications. The film creates a bond with paint overspray, preventing it from flaking onto the first coat. It also has a static cling feature that keeps the film in place when using spray equipment or in windy conditions. Unlike paper, masking film is translucent, so you can see underneath and light can still pass through masked windows, doors and light fixtures. Film quickly and easily unfolds to protect large surfaces, is easy to dispose of, and much easier to handle and apply than poly.
