Read the full description

DMT employs a proprietary process resulting in a micronized monocrystalline diamond that covers evenly across the stone for a hard-wearing surface guaranteed to provide consistent, efficient sharpening for years to come. DMT trademarked polka dot pattern provides for slightly recessed holes to collect the metal fines removed during sharpening thus providing a pristine diamond sharpening surface.

Enjoy faster and more efficient sharpening with only 5 or 6 strokes required per edge versus 30 with a competitive sharpener. This allows less time sharpening edges and more time using your cutting implement. Sharpen with fine diamond (25 micron / 600 mesh) for a razor sharp edge.
