Santa Rosa local pickup

Santa Rosa, California 95409 is the only active pickup location. All items in one pickup appointment must be fulfilled from that same location.

Deposit-backed reservations

When a deposit option is offered, the displayed deposit is a configured percentage of the eligible merchandise subtotal. It is greater than zero, less than the full merchandise subtotal, and applies toward the remaining balance due in person at pickup. Full online payment is not offered as the way to reserve a local-pickup appointment.

A successfully captured deposit reserves the listed quantities. Scheduling without a deposit does not reserve merchandise; availability remains first-come, first-served and is checked again at pickup.

Cancellation and deposit outcome

A cancellation submitted at least 24 hours before the pickup window begins qualifies for a refund of the captured deposit. Exactly 24 hours qualifies. A cancellation submitted inside that 24-hour cutoff forfeits the captured deposit. In either case, any merchandise reservation is released immediately.

No-shows

An uncompleted appointment remains open for four days after its pickup window ends. At 96 hours after the stored window end, the appointment is cancelled, any captured deposit is forfeited, and any inventory reservation is released.

Payment at pickup

The remaining balance is due when the owner completes the pickup. Cash or Zelle may be recorded only after the in-person payment is verified.
